Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for purchasing our products at bluemtncreations.com operated by Blue Mountain Creations. 

In order to be eligible for a refund, your undecorated product must be returned within 30 calendar days of your purchase and be in the same condition you received it in, undamaged in any way. 

We do not accept returns on custom decorated apparel and accessories.  If you are experiencing an issue with an order you have received, please reach out to us at bmc.sews@gmail.com to discuss a resolution. 

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note, for credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to post to your account. 

Shipping Policy

Order Processing Times:

Our standard turnaround time is 2 weeks from art approval. Orders placed after Noon (PT) on Friday will be processed on Monday. 

Local Pick Up:

Local customers can consider in store pickup to save on shipping costs. We are located at 412 S. Main Street Pendleton, Oregon 97801. 

Our store hours are Monday-Thursday 9-5 and Friday 8-Noon. Hours may vary due to holiday and local event closures. 

Shipping Carriers:

You can expect your order to ship via USPS or UPS and we do not ship on U.S. Holidays. 

You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking number once your order is ready to ship. 

Orders shipped within the U.S. typically arrive within 7 business days. 

Shipping to AK and HI typically arrive within 14 business days. 

Your tracking number will have the most accurate information once the carrier receives your package. 

If there is a delay in your order, please check the tracking information provided. We cannot be responsible for carrier or customs delays. 

We ship to all US addresses, including P.O. Boxes. 

Please reach out to inquire about International Shipping, including Military Bases. 

Shipping Rates: 

All shipping rates will be communicated as a line item on your invoice and approved before the order is moved to production. Shipping is based on weight and box dimensions. We typically do not charge a Handling Fee.
